JFSE awarded new ISO accreditations
JFSE has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 quality standard and ISO 14001:2015 environment standard following a Transition Audit.
The team passed the rigorous auditing process with no non-conformities raised by the DNV GL auditor.
The new standards present a step change from the previous incarnations, with an incorporation of strong QHSE practice throughout the organisation with focus on top management leadership and controlling business risk.
Kenneth R. Mackie, managing director of JFSE, said:
“I am very proud of the diligent, rigorous standards our entire team work to and it is fantastic to have these efforts recognised with these accreditations.”
The next focus for QHSE manager Ruth Pirie is transitioning to the newly-introduced ISO 45001 which will replace OHSAS 18001. Despite having a three-year window to move to the new HSE management system, JFSE is preparing for an audit in autumn 2018.
